Rich's Exercise Performance
Strength, speed, and whole body conditioning are the keys to eliminating plateaus. Through the use of his mitochondria factor, Rich takes the body on a four level fitness journey that will satisfy the needs of any person or athlete. His respiratory conditioning cycles are blended with customized routines he built for exercise longevity, heart strength, fat loss results, and low body fat success. The body will go farther than it ever has before using this fitness system. Beginning in Level 1 the body begins to experience how to create a new focus on fitness while competing against their own body and the clock. All members begin in Level 1 and all members have the same access to all information. The only differences are the intensity of the routines that each member creates to begin testing against this system.

The system takes your body and puts it on a mission of fat reduction and muscle strengthening exercise routines based on what your body needs to do and what it can do. Our profiling system removes exercises that you cannot, or do not want to do and at the same time your entire body gets tested each week. Your fatigue level will diminish, your lung functions will increase your heart rate will get stronger and your results will show. The one priority for me is to get your entire body as conditioned as possible based on your physical level of exercise.
