How the System Works
You get a customized exercise program that follows you throughout all four levels. Each level is 13 weeks, and you will perform a new exercise routine each week to assist you with creating new numbers of mitochondria. You will learn something new about fitness because each routine is specifically created for your level of muscle strength. Your joints are protected using our rules and you will use aerobic and anaerobic muscle advancement techniques to get a new type of muscle pump. This system is focused on personal performance and endurance strength promotion using specialized physical testing methods. Our testing improves whole body conditioning, muscle strength, motivation, a desire to succeed, and helps you accelerate through previous personal bests. Each routine week is aimed at eliminating plateaus and developing a stronger respiratory system. You will use aerobic and anaerobic muscle advancement techniques to create a stronger body. This testing system is the key to your fitness success!
