System Essentials: What You Need
All you need is the desire to get fit! This exercise testing system helps you achieve something no other
system does; whole body improvements! Not just abs, or arms, the whole body gets conditioned. T.E.S.T.
System Exercise gets your body conditioned like nothing else! Each week you are tested with a new type
of routine for whole body strength conditioning and fast fat loss. During each week you will face a tougher
exercise challenge to keep your calorie burn level high, oxygen use maximized and your muscle strength
increasing so the results are always new!


You’ll also need:
1. Any gym membership, a home gym or access to any type of exercise facility
2. A home or laptop computer is needed so you can learn the concepts and disciplines of each level,
and watch the videos and exercise demonstrations
3. A large bottle of water!
