Whole Body Testing
All muscle groups are physically tested in all 13 weeks using your exercise routines. Your weekly goals will
guide you through each exercise with a video demonstration, written description, reps, sets, weight and
range of motion. This type of testing keeps muscles active, the heart rate alive and temperature increases
high to produce additional sweat and lose fat fast!


Weeks 1 - 12
There are 12 weeks of intensity rated exercise tests to complete in each level. Each week the tests change
to help improve your intensity rating. The higher your intensity rating the faster your body burns fat and
develops new muscle tone and strength. Your routines will range from 3 to 5 exercises each week. Your
intensity rating helps you finish the routines before the clock times out! Each week you will increase stamina
and strength and try to beat the clock!

Week 13
Finals weeks! You will be testing your entire body using a higher intensity rating and new routine based on
your original profile.
