Create Your Intensity Rating
Each question in the T.E.S.T. System Health Profile determines your exercise intensity rating. The more
difficult you make your profile, the higher the degree of physical testing you will use.

Your exercise intensity rating will follow you all the way through the four levels in the system. Your
intensity rating will increase during each week and during each level. This is good for the body, lungs
and heart and is always based on the original exercise intensity you submitted. Repetitions,sets,
time and routines will always change throughout the testing process.


The Clock
Your competitor is the clock. You will compete against it every day, every wek and every level. The clock can
be your friend or foe! For example, Level 1 has a specific clock time and the goal is to finish the routine in that
week using the rules, motions and techniques within that clock time. The clock times will challenge you in
every level.
