Putting it all together and testing yourself every 13th week helps you to see if you have accumulated new mitochondria; the ultimate physical goal.
Whole Body Development
TSE-13's strength testing methods produce a whole body core that ensures the strongest body possible. The body becomes a core machine with muscle toning, muscle development and fat loss as your main accomplishments. Our physical endurance and conditioning testing is combined with Richard's powerful fitness routines, meditations to help you learn about your body and new formulas to eliminate plateaus. Each level every muscle is used differently to help you transform in ability and increase performance using Rich's proven and powerful techniques and innovative movements. Your lungs, heart, kidneys and liver all work more effectively and help you remove toxins during exercise and while at rest. You will begin with basic exercises and each week progress and increase your performance by exercising against your intensity rating that you created. Your whole body
